- Appointments: Services are available 7 days a week. Bookings can be made via phone or email.
- Technician Identification: Technicians will provide proper ID upon arrival.
- Service Scope: Technicians will assess and estimate the duration of repairs or tasks. Additional services may require approval before commencement.
2. Payment and Fees
- All service fees are time-based and agreed upon during booking.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Credit card payments will only be processed post-service approval.
- Costs for hardware or software, if required, will be communicated separately.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid fees.

- Remote access, if required, should be granted securely to technicians
